Our Management

Mike Stapleton, AIF®, President

Mike is a former investment banker and the founding principal of Stapleton Advisors in Tampa, Florida, as well as Managing Director at Stapleton Frost Capital. With a career rooted in capital markets and entrepreneurial innovation, Mike brings deep expertise in IPOs, DPOs, private placements, M&A, and wealth management.

Over the past two decades, Mike has played a key role in more than 100 M&A transactions and has helped raise billions in capital for founders, fund managers, and real estate ventures. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Purdue University, graduating summa cum laude, and holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation through Broadridge (Fi360).

Linda Frost, Senior Vice President

Linda Frost is a seasoned healthcare professional and strategic partner at Stapleton Advisors as well as Stapleton Frost Capital, where she supports client engagements in the medical and life sciences sectors. A Registered Nurse with dual bachelor’s degrees in nursing and fine arts, Linda brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, creative thinking, and people-first leadership to the firm’s multi-industry platform.

Her career spans direct patient care, healthcare administration, and executive collaboration, making her an invaluable asset in engagements that require regulatory sensitivity, team coordination, and cross-functional alignment. Linda is especially effective in navigating the nuances of medical partnerships, staffing models, and compliance frameworks—ensuring that both internal operations and client-facing initiatives run smoothly.
