Role Description

This is a fully remote role for a Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor based in the United States. The Advisor will be responsible for providing strategic advisory services related to mergers and acquisitions. Day-to-day tasks include originating deals, performing due diligence, analyzing financial statements, coordinating and negotiating with stakeholders, working the deal lifecycle from origination to close, listing deals, screening buyers/sellers, and advising clients on the financial and strategic impacts of deals. The role also involves assisting in the development of acquisition strategies, managing transaction processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Experience in Consulting and conducting Due Diligence
• Proficiency in Accounting
• Experience in brokering the sale of businesses and/or real estate
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Commission Income (non-salary position)

$85,000 - $225,000 annually
