Role Description

This is a fully remote role for a Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant based in the United States. The Consultant will be responsible for providing strategic consulting services related to mergers and acquisitions. Day-to-day tasks include performing due diligence, analyzing financial statements, coordinating and negotiating with stakeholders, and advising clients on the financial and strategic impacts of potential deals. The role also involves assisting in the development of acquisition strategies, managing transaction processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Experience in Consulting and conducting Due Diligence
• Proficiency in Accounting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Commission Income

$85,000 - $225,000
