What You'll Do:

• Lead financial strategy, forecasting, and modeling for high-growth clients 
• Support M&A, capital raises, and investor communications
• Navigate multi-industry compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate with founders, investors, and internal teams to drive scalable growth
• Deliver high-impact insights across healthcare, tech, real estate, and more

What We’re Looking For:
 

• Proven CFO experience (fractional or full-time)
• Deep understanding of financial operations, compliance, and strategic planning
• Comfort with hybrid work, cross-functional teams, and evolving client needs
• Bonus: Experience in investment banking, RIA, or real estate sectors
• Advanced degree(s), e.g., MBA, etc.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Comp is on a per project basis. Range from $10k-$100k.
• No salary
• No benefits
• 1099 subcontractor tax treatment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited university
• 2+ years in a senior C-Suite role
• Must be located in the United States and be a U.S. citizen
• Must have experience raising capital
• Must have experience with M&A transactions
